I think many job-minded people haven&#039;t internalised the precarious nature of employment ... even when suffering redundancy.  It&#039;s a case of old, inter-generational mindsets dying hard.  Equally, many people also don&#039;t consider how low the entry-barriers to entrepreneurship can be.</description>

		<description>While I am a big supporter of entrepreneurship, I don&#039;t think every employee should be one. Typically, employees perceive working for an established company as more secure. Employees gladly pass the opportunity to keep the profits for stability. 

Entrepreneur perceive working for themselves as more secure. They prefer to have control of the business situation rather than to pass control over to someone else. 

I like the fact that you suggest being an employee and an entrepreneur, but each requires a certain mindset and a certain set of skills that are considerably different from the other.</description>
